Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we maintain a clear and transparent return policy.
Stock (Non-Custom) Pieces
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom or Personalized Pieces
- All custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
- These items are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Returns requested after the allowed period
- Custom or engraved pieces
