Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we maintain a clear and transparent return policy.

Stock (Non-Custom) Pieces

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom or Personalized Pieces

  • All custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
  • These items are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Returns requested after the allowed period
  • Custom or engraved pieces
